Fire-ravaged Building Debris in Bahari Museum Cleaned

90 PPSU personnel are seen cleaning up fire-ravaged building debris in Bahari Museum, Jalan Pasar Ikan, Penjaringan, North Jakarta.

Our personnel are cleaning mud, garbage and building debris left by fire in the museum

"Our personnel are cleaning mud, garbage and building debris of the museum," expressed Muhammad Andri, Head of Penjaringan Sub-district, Wednesday (1/17).

He stated materials cleaned are like roof tiles, rafters and wood ceilings. Additionally, garbage and mud in the museum area are also cleaned, including residual spraying water from fire trucks that are still inundated inside the museum.

Post-Fire, Bahari Museum Guarded Tightly

He uttered the all garbage, mud and debris will directly be disposed to Bantar Gebang Landfill, Bekasi, West Java. To transport them, North Jakarta Environment Sub-dept. has sent two trucks to the location. 

"It is targeted to be finished three days ahead," he stated.
